LPG High-Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer
product description
Spray drying is the most widely used process in liquid process forming and drying. It is suitable for the production of powdered, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pasty liquid feedstocks. Therefore, spray drying is a very desirable process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet the exact criteria.
working principle
The air is filtered and heated to the top air distributor of the dryer, and the hot air is evenly inserted into the drying chamber. Liquid material through the top of the tower at the top of the high-speed centrifugal atomizer, (rotating) spray into a very fine mist of liquid beads, and hot air in parallel flow in a very short period of time can be dried for the finished product. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is drained by the fan.
Performance characteristics
◎ drying speed, the material after the atomization of the surface area greatly increased in the hot air flow, the instant can be evaporated 95% -98% of the water to complete the drying time only a few seconds, especially for heat-sensitive materials dry.
◎ products with good uniformity, mobility and solubility, product purity, good quality.
◎ production process is simplified, easy to operate and control. For moisture content of 40-60% (special materials up to 90%) of the liquid can be dried to a powder product, dry without grinding and screening, reduce production processes and improve product purity. The product size, bulk density, moisture, within a certain range can be changed by changing the operating conditions to adjust, control and management are very convenient.
Adapt to material
Chemical industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dye pigments, dyes intermediates, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid, amino acids, white carbon black and so on.
Plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, cement (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and so on.
Food industry: rich milk powder, ankin, cocoa milk powder, milk powder, hunting powder, egg white (yellow) and so on.
Food and plants: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, seasoning spices meat, protein, soybeans, peanut protein, hydrolysates and so on.
Carbohydrate: corn pulp, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate and so on.
Ceramics: alumina, tile materials, magnesia, talc and so on.

Notes: The evaporated amount of water is related to the characteristics of raw materials and the temperature of inlet air and outlet air. When the temperature of outlet air is 90°C, the water evapo rated curve is listed in above table (for reference only). Attention to order
◎Liquid name and property: Solid contents(or water contents), viscosity , surface tension and PH value.
◎Dry powder density residual water contents allowed, particle size, and maximun temperature allowed.
◎Output: shift time daily .
◎Energy that can be supplied: steam pressure, electricity properly , fuel of coal, oil and natural gas .
◎Control requirement: whether or not the inlet and outlet temperatures should be controlled.
◎Powder collection requirement: whether it’s necessary to use cloth bag lter and the requirement of the environment of the exhausted gas .
◎Other special requirements.
